Smooth payroll experience

Used Gusto for the first time for our small team's payroll and it was pretty straightforward. Set up the W-2 generation and direct deposits without much fuss. The interface was clean and easy to navigate. Everything just worked, which is all you can ask for with payroll, honestly. Happy with how it went.

Good value, easy setup

I was looking to switch payroll providers for my small business. Gusto offered 3 months free which was a great saving. Setup for full-service payroll was simpler than I expected. Worth it for the price.

Consistent service over time

I've been using Gusto for a couple of years now, mostly for full-service payroll and employee onboarding. This last time, I also started using their time tracking. It integrated well with our existing setup, which was a relief. Compared to my first few experiences, the platform feels even more refined. They still handle state and federal tax filings perfectly, which is why I stick with them. It's reliable, and that consistency is key for my business. Good to see they're still delivering solid service.

Hey, thinking about switching my small business over to Gusto for payroll. I'm currently using QuickBooks. How much of a pain is it usually to switch over with all my existing employee info and past payroll stuff?

I switched from ADP last year and it wasn't too bad. Gusto actually has a whole team to help you import your old data. I think it took me maybe a week or two to get everything migrated and double-checked between my old system and theirs.

Yeah, they're pretty good about that. I moved from Paychex and they had a step-by-step guide and someone to walk me through it. Most of the heavy lifting was on their end once I provided the old records. Definitely easier than I expected.
